John and Lou - I am so sorry for your loss. Kathy was certainly a very special lady. She was one of the first people with whom I worked when I started at Able2 so many years ago. One of my first days working on Cedar (C Unit at that time), I was asked to help Kathy put her AFOs on - but first we had to find them because she had hidden them somewhere in her room! Her fiesty spirit endeared her to me immediately and for the next 36+ years. Although I will miss her, my heart is happy that she is in a place where she can dance, and sing, and paint, and tell jokes, and drink wine to her heart's content.
