To Betty’s Family
Betty’s Light shines bright in this world. In her quiet manner she pioneered the very foundation of services for people with developmental disabilities in Chemung County and New York State. She served as a primary mentor to me and many others. Her thumb print will never fade away. Her wisdom and loving touch serve as a beacon for all of us, calling us to live in God’s Light.
