Obituary of Jack P. Burdick

BURDICK, Jack P. Age 75 of Erin passed away after a brief illness June 21, 2015. He was born in Elmira, NY Apr. 14, 1940 to Fred and Angel (Webb) Burdick. Jack is survived by his wife of 28 years, Cynthia (Mansell) Burdick; Daughters and sons, Kristina Hooey of Erin, NY Jackie (Kevin) Burhrdorf of VA, Laura Burdick, Michelle Quick both of SC, Jennifer (John) Birchard of PA, Jeffrey (Pam) Burdick, GA; Grandchildren, his princess, Brianna, Emma and Kameron, Kristopher and Kelli. Joshua, Ashley, Andrew, Brandon and Austin, Ashley and Dustin, Great grandchildren, Peyton, Amelia, Ariana, Krista, and Kylie; Sisters-in-law, Georgeann Copestick of Palm Harbor, FL and Bonnie Lacombe of The Colony, TX;, Many nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his granddaughter, Jessica Quick, brothers, James and Harold Burdick; sisters, Fran Wolfe and Jean Pronti. Jack was retired from Flickinger’s and later Sysco and Spectrum Food Service. He was a graduate of T.A.E and a loving husband, father, and grandfather and good friend to many. Family and friends are invited to attend a time of sharing and celebration of his life to take place at the Horseheads Moose 416 W.
