Dear Hamilton Family,
I work with Corning, and I heard your overwhelming news from a friend. Please know that you have many here praying over you for peace, love, and hope during this time of mourning. Although we have never met your family, my wife and I love you in Christ and trust that Jim and Connor are not gone but at the feet of Jesus now. For your little boy: ""But Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.'"" Matthew 19:14.

This is still hard to believe...a true tragedy. Can still picture Jim back at JM as if it were yesterday. His laughter and his enthusiasm for everything he did, every problem he tackled, were truly infectious...a great colleague and friend. Our sincerest condolences to Holly, Cassie and family. We'll keep Jim and Connor in our memories.

My deepfelt sorrow and condolences to the Hamilton family....I'm still in shock and my heart goes out to all of you. I met Jim at one of the traning classes that we took together last year and he happened to be seated next to me. As part of the introduction routine for the class, we were asked to learn something about each other and I rememember he shared with me how he met his wife in college and about his kids. Even though it was a 1 -day training class, Jim left me with the impreossion of being a kind-hearted soul and well-loved individual. My sincere condolences...

Holly and Cassie,
I am so sorry for your loss. I loved having Connor on the pool deck as his smile was infectious and he was always so happy. I only spoke with Jim a few times around the pool but he struck me as a genuinely warm and friendly man. I can only hope that time will begin to ease this pain and know that you both are in the thoughts and prayers of the entire Thrashers family as well as other swim teams in the area (they have emailed condolences to me on your behalf). Please don't hesitate to ask us for anything.

Holly - we are so saddened by what has happened. Our times in Colorado with you and Jim are often remembered and talked about. Jim was a great colleague and friend. You are very much in our thoughts.
I remember when you were expecting Cassie. Jim took fathership very seriously and sought me out for guidance because Anne and I had a young daughter at that time. Cassie had a great Dad who she can be proud of. He cared greatly and understood that daughters are precious.
If there is ever anything we can do don't hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards, Anne & Tom
