Obituary of Dianne L. Lee

LEE, Dianne L. Age 67 of Elmira and Horseheads, NY passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2016. She was born in Elmira, NY, October 10, 1948, to the late Elliott and Marion (Hart) Buchanan. She is survived by her daughter and son, Michelle (Yasser Amin) Lee and Shawn (Cheryl) Lee all of Horseheads; grandchildren, Bianca and Maria Grazioplene, Perry Dempski, Yasmin and Ammar Amin, Stephen Forsythe, Jasmine and Patrick Lee; former husband, Perry D. Lee of OH. She was also predeceased by her siblings. Dianne was an Activities Director with Penn Yan Manor in Penn Yan and a retired LPN at the Chemung Co. Nursing Facility, and hairstylist at the former Ritz Salon in Elmira. She played guitar, loved music and was a charitable lady always thinking of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, Inc. 413 S. Main St., Horseheads, today, Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 12:00 noon-2:00 pm. and again from 4-6:00 pm. Her funeral will be celebrated at the funeral home on Friday at 10:00 am with burial service to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira.
