Obituary of Agnes Evans

EVANS, Agnes M. Age 90 of Smith Rd. Horseheads passed away surrounded by her family Fri. May 26, 2017. She was born in Elmira, NY, July 16, 1926 to Leon and Maybelle (Struble) Kole.She was predeceased by her husband, Delbert Jr. in 1998 and is survived by her sons and daughter, Lynn (Sharon Kithcart) Evans of Watkins Glen, NY, Joel (Theresa) Evans of Horseheads, NY, and Cindy (Milorad) Vlajnic of Hopewell Junction, NY; Grandchildren, Diana (Rick) Clugstone Jr., Samantha (Grant) Morrell, Stephanie Evans and Jessica Evans; Great grandchildren, Zach, Cassie, Macala, Ben, Caitlin, , Tisha, Chase, Leehanna, Mya, and Laikyn. Daughter-in-law, Sharon Homkes of Millport, NY;9 great-great grandchildren; Many extended family members and friends. Agnes was also predeceased by her siblings, Bill and Richard Kole, Shirley Andrews, and Katherine Abbey. Agnes was a cafeteria worker at Horseheads High School. She also worked at the Tea Store, LRC –Commercial Screw, Bogardus Studio, Artistic Greetings, and Winchester Optical. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral home 413 S.
