Obituary of Concelia ""Connie"" J. Lauto

Age 71 of Horseheads passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018. Connie was born June 28, 1946 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and Michela (Gualano) LiBerto. In addition to her dear parents, Connie is predeceased by her father and mother -in-law, Frank (Mary) Lauto Sr., along with her sister Theresa Waters. She is survived by her loving husband Frank Anthony Lauto Jr; sisters: MaryAnn (Thomas) Donnelly of Indiana, Christine Georgoulas of New York City, Michelle (Robert) Manikoff of Colorado, and Donna (Harvey) Liebman of Florida; brothers-in-law, Johnny Lauto of New York City and James Waters of Elmira Heights, NY; sisters-in-law, Nancy & Rosemary Lauto, both of New York City; along with several nieces and nephews. Connie and Frank enjoyed 51 years of marriage. She enjoyed taking cruises; She and Frank traveled together to see Italy, Israel, Egypt, and Alaska, just to name a few destinations. Her spirit remains with all of those she leaves behind. Connie will be greatly missed. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 S. Main St. Horseheads, on Sat. Jan 13th, 2018 from 6 pm to 8 pm and again on Sunday January 14th, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm. Connie’s funeral service will follow at 4 pm.
