Obituary of Anna W Dennington

DENNINGTON, ANNA W. (Annie, Anne) Age 96, of Horseheads, NY, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018. She was born December 3, 1921 in Columbia Cross Roads, PA to the late Hosea and Jeannette (Murray) Wolfe. Anna was also predeceased by her husband, Martin in 1987, and her sister, Donna Ault in 1982. Anna was a graduate of Troy High School, class of 1940. She was also a graduate of Elmira Business Institute. Anna retired from Moore Business Forms in 1985 after 40 years of service. She was a member of North Presbyterian Church. Anna enjoyed doing volunteer work and traveling after her retirement. She was an avid sports fan and bowled for many years. Anna is survived by nieces, Karen (William) Moser, Smithfield, PA and Lois (Eugene) Nicandri, Massena, NY; nephews Richard (JoAnne) Ault, Panama City, FL, James (David Ahnert) Ault, Las Vegas, NV and Richard (Kay) Moore, Groton, NY, great-nieces, Leslie (Randall) Mathis, Raleigh, NC and Allison (Tammy Laughlin) Moser, Greensburg, PA, Michelle (Jason) Fortier, Concord, MA, Gretchen (Eric) Curry, Carlisle, MA; great-nephews, J.R. (Stephanie) Moser, Williamsburg, VA, Jason (Carrie) Moore, Groton,NY, Peter (Stacie) Nicandri, Ponte Vedra, FL, Paul (Andrea) Nicandri, Washington, DC and Mark (Alee) Nicandri, San Rafael, CA; 20 great-great nieces and nephews; cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the North Presbyterian Church in Elmira. Interment will follow at Columbia Valley Cemetery, Columbia Cross Roads, PA.
