Rick, Linda, Bill and family. I’m sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. From the time your family moved in next door your mom was always so kind and friendly. I considered your mom one of my neighborhood moms. Always knew if I was in trouble or hurt I could know on your door and your mom would help. We grew up in a wonderful time where neighbors cared about one another. I wouldn’t trade that or my neighbors in the big White House for anything. Your mother will always hold a special place in my heart. I love you all.
Our family had the pleasure of knowing Peg and Dick for a number of years, through our friendship with Linda and Evaristo. Peg and Dick lit up our lives with their warmth and good humor. They were always gracious and loving, and made us feel like part of their family. We extend our sympathy to the whole family, and our admiration for the amazing dedication they showed to Dick & Peg in their declining years.
Rest In Peace, dear Peg. I was a volunteer for the CARE program for many years and know many people with young children were helped by having a friendly visitor. Many thanks to Linda, Rick and Bill for the love and support that you gave your mother during these years when she wasn't well. Pat Wald
