Obituary of Kenneth P. Swartwood

Kenneth P. Swartwood, "Roundy" Age 85 of Elmira, NY passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2022. The family will receive friends at Barber Funeral Home at 413 S. Main St., Horseheads, NY on June13th from 4pm to 6pm followed by a funeral service at 6pm. Burial will take place the next day at Lake View Cemetery in Penn Yan, NY and will include military honors. He is survived by his loving wife Darlene, sister Doreen (Charles) Fox; children Melissa (Brian) Nolan, Barbara (Ken) Congdon, Daryl P erry, Duane (Lori) Perry, and Doug Perry; grandchildren Jessica, Amber, Ashley, Allison, Matthew, Mike, Amanda, Brandon, Josh, Broc, Garret and Dalaine as well as many great grandchildren; his sister-in-law Shirley Urbaniak; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ken was predeceased by his parents Roland and Helen Swartwood and sons Daryl and Mark Swartwood. Ken worked for decades at ID Booth in Elmira. He loved his job and coworkers, plus all his customers of whom he took great care.
