Obituary of Deloris B. Beschler

BESCHLER, Deloris B. Age 73 of Van Orden St. Horseheads, went home to be with the Lord on Thurs. Apr. 7, 2011 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born Dec. 9, 1937 in Elmira, NY, to Margaret (Simpson) Eames and the late John Eames. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Beschler; Sons and daughters, John Beschler of Ft. Walton Beach, FL Thomas Beschler of Sicklerville, NJ, Timothy Beschler of Williamstown, NJ, Tamara (Paul) Ashway of Willow Street, PA Katherine (Jerry) Richardson of Mountain Home, ID; Mother, Margaret Johnston of Danville, IL; 5 grandchildren; Brother, John Eames of Dangerfield, TX; Sister, Sue Coffman of Peoria, IL, Predeceased by brother, Alan Eames. Deloris was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. After raising her family she went to work for the Horseheads Free Library for over 20 years. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Horseheads. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home 413 S. Main St. Horseheads on Sunday April 10, 2011 from 1-4:00 pm. Her service will take place there at the funeral home on Monday April 11, 2011 at 10:00 am. The Rev. Robert Finch to officiate.
