Obituary of Marsha L. Hmiel

Marsha L. Hmiel Of Elmira Heights, NY Age 72, was born April 12, 1950 in Hornell, NY the daughter of the late James L. and Jean (Stone) Henshaw; passed away peacefully on Friday, November 25, 2022 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Marilyn Fowler-Applebee. Marsha is survived by her loving children: Michael (Lyrrah) Hmiel of Helendale, CA; Lisa Meyer of Seneca Falls, NY; Scott (Tiffany) of Newport News, VA; siblings: Janice Czimback of Elmira Heights, NY; Jim (Bonnie) Henshaw of Hornell, NY; Steve (Linda) Henshaw of Arkport, NY; Lewis Henshaw of Montour Falls, NY; Bill Henshaw of Syracuse, NY and Lynn Lantz of Arkport, NY; step-mother: Joanne Henshaw of Arkport, NY; grandchildren: Christina Hmiel, Jessica Hmiel, Alexandria Hmiel, Joseph (Haley) Coleman, Mikala Coleman, Hannah Coleman and Samuel Coleman; along with several nieces and nephews. Marsha was the manager of Hallmark at the Arnot Mall for many dedicated years. She loved and rooted for the Buffalo Bills. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping, playing bingo, going to the casino and spending time with her dogs Buttons and Puddles. At her request there will be no services. Barber Funeral Home is assisting the Hmiel family.
