Obituary of Bernard H. Rock

Bernard H. Rock "Rocky" Age 87 of Pine Valley, NY. He was born July 21, 1935 in Ellenburg, NY, son of the late Patrick and Percy (Guerin) Rock and passed away Friday, January 27, 2023 at Corning Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Patricia; children and their spouses Daniel & Karen Rock of Odessa, Diane Rock of Elmira, Donna & Scott Lacy of Crossville, TN, Debbie & Nelson Janowski of Pine Valley, Delores (Lorie) & Laurence Brown of N. Conway, NH and Douglas Rock of Elmira; grandchildren Brian (Joy) Rock, Adam (Shannon) Janowski, Kati Reed, Megan Browning, Stephanie (Bobby) Smith, Sarah Lacy, Kimberly Janowski, Curtis (Jen) Janowski, Ryan (fiancé Erica Smith) Janowski, Rebekah Brown, Sarah Brown, Stephen (Becky) Brown, Rachel Brown and Timothy Brown; 23 great grandchildren; 1 great, great granddaughter; sister Thelma LaBombard of NC; step sister Colleen Rock of VA along with several nieces and nephews. Rocky owned and operated Rock's Mobil Station in Odessa, he then founded Rocky's Auto Sales in 1972 and retired from there in 1998. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army; enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing cards. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Maple Grove Cemetery.
