Obituary of Suzanne B. Baccile

BACCILE, Suzanne B. Age 49 of Oriole Dr. in Horseheads passed away after a strong and courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband, Alan Baccile; son, Cody Watkins also of Horseheads, NY; parents, Bill and Kay McGettrick of Corning, NY’ sister and brother Kris McGettrick of Newfield, NY, William McGettrick of Corning, NY; In-laws, Anthony and Joy Baccile of Horseheads, NY; sisters-in-law, Gail (Paul Berard) Sands of Horseheads, NY Dawn (Alfred) Tinger of Yorktown Heights, NY Gary (Yvette Hartford) Baccile of Big Flats, NY Tyrone Baccile of Horseheads, NY; and several nieces and nephews and many close and caring friends. Sue was a loving mom and devoted wife. She loved her home and spending time with family and friends’, especially time spent on Keuka Lake. Sue loved the outdoors, she loved the sun, the beach, the lake and the ocean. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 S. Main St., Horseheads on Friday, Oct. 28, 2011 from 4-7:00 p.m. A Burial service will take place in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Elmira and special gathering and sharing of family and friends will take place on Keuka Lake in the Spring.
