Obituary of Rose S. Welch

WELCH, Rose S. age 75 of County Road 64 ion Big Flats passed away unexpectedly on March 4, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband John “Jack” in 2008 and is survived by her son, John Welch Jr. of Millport, NY; grandchildren, Nicole and Jesse Welch; brothers and sisters, Glen and Robert; Helen, Margaret, Mary Ellen, Jane and Jean. Rose was a retired inspector with Thatcher Glass in Elmira. She was a caring wife and devoted mother and grandmother with endless love for her family. In keeping with her wishes, services with the Barber Funeral Home in Horseheads will take place privately.
