David is survived by wife, Cherie; daughter and son-in-law, Caitlin Hodencamp/James Dandrea; daughter, Erika and Adam Stewart; sons, James and David Gaige; parents, Prescott West (Shirley Frisk), Treva West; sisters, Jen/Fran Smith, Kim West Stanton (Pat Wallen); niece, Skylar Smith (Punky); biological mother, Rosalie Baker; nephew, Nicholas (Krystal) Crane; sister-in-law, Melissa Crane who took care of him during his final days at home which was his dying wish; great niece, Sarahjean Hockenberry; great nephew, Aiden Crane.
