Obituary of Pauline ""Polly"" E. Patchen

PATCHEN, Pauline E. Age 88 of North Chemung passed away after a brief illness on Tues Dec. 9, 2014 She was born in Odessa to Ralph and Dorothy (Keach) Depew. She was predeceased by her husband Art in 2001. Her surviving family includes her daughters and sons, Gerald (Linda) Patchen, Shirley (Steven) Burlew, Robert (Janette) Patchen Charles (Donna) Patchen, Zandra (Robert) Brewer 12 Grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren Several nieces and nephews; Brothers George (Sharon) Depew. Albert (Thelma) Depew and Kenneth (Jan Brew) Depew; Special K-9 Booboo. She was also predeceased by her brother, Robert Depew and sister Gertrude Braster. Pauline and her husband were longtime proprietors of Art Patchen Overhead Door in Elmira. She was a member of Breesport O.E.S and member of Baldwin Vol. Fire Dept. Auxiliary. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home 413 S. Main St. Horseheads on Friday Dec. 12, 2014 from 3-6:00 pm. Her service will follow at 6:00 pm. Private burial in Forest lawn Cemetery.
