Obituary of Betty J. Saunders

SAUNDERS, Betty J. Age 84 of Latta Brook Rd. in Horseheads passed away after a brief illness Sunday Mar. 22, 2015. She was born Mar. 26, 1930 in Elmira, NY to Charles and Loia (Densmore) Ettenberger. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Saunders in 2009, granddaughter, Courtney and brother, Robert Ettenberger. She is survived by sons, William (Lynette) Saunders of Breesport, David Saunders and Paul Saunders both of Horseheads; Grandsons, Garrett Saunders, Christopher (Stephanie) Saunders and granddaughter, Halie Saunders. Betty was a devoted wife, grandmother, homemaker and longtime resident of Latta Brook Rd. in Horseheads. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home 413 S. Main St. Horseheads on Wed. Mar 25, 2015 from 4-6:00 pm. Private interment in Maple Grove Cemetery at the convenience of her family.
