Obituary of Daniel Taylor

TAYLOR, Daniel J. Age 50 of Elmira and formerly of New Mexico passed away after a long illness on Fri. May 28, 2010. He was born October 29, 1959 in Elmira, NY, a son of Richard Taylor and Evelyn Bliss Taylor. Danny was predeceased by his father, Richard Taylor Sr. in 2006. And recently his sister, Bonnie Jean Taylor April 1, 2010. He is survived by his mother, Evelyn C. Taylor of Elmira Heights, NY; sisters, Judith Briem, Susan Taylor and Mary Beth Taylor all of Elmira Heights, NY; brothers, Richard Taylor, Jr. of New Mexico, Thomas Taylor of Thomasville, NC, Terrence Taylor of Charlotte, NC and Michael Taylor of Thomasville, NC; “special sister” Shirley Semesky of Elmira, NY; close friends Patty Baker of Elmira, NY and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 South Main Street, Horseheads today Thurs. Jun 3, 2010 from 3-4:00 pm. His service will follow at the funeral home at the conclusion of calling hours at 4:00 pm the Rev. Jeremiah Moynihan will officiate.
