I got to know Bill and work with him during the twenty years I served on the Big Flats Town Board, and it was a wonderful experience. Bill was was a gentleman and a truly gentle man. He was capable, reliable, patient and a very caring person who always had time to listen. He was one of the nicest people I have ever known. My thoughts and prayers are with you his family and with Bill and Toni, together again. Well done, Bill,
