Obituary of Carmen Minor

Age 91 of Penn Yan, NY. She was born January 7, 1929 in Breesport, daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Matejousky) Victor and passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the Homestead in Penn Yan. She was predeceased by her husband Richard on July 14, 2016. She is survived by her children Brian (Debora) Minor of Penn Yan, Debra Minor-Schork of Edenton, NC; grandchildren Blaine Minor, Brianne (Arthur) Kirk and Brendan Minor; great grandchildren Arthur and Griffin Kirk. Carmen was employed with St. Mary Our Mother Parish and School in Horseheads. She was a member of the Southern Light chapter of the Eastern Star, Breesport.
