Julie was such a 'lifesaver' in so many ways. She was an expert--above and beyond. She was dependable and always had a smile on her face. She kept our faculty and staff in the loop when she was servicing our computers. This is such a loss to our education community. I extend my sympathy to the family, her friends, and associates.
