Obituary of Kenneth ""Stub"" M. FitzGerald

FITZGERALD, Kenneth M. “Stub” age 74 of So. Hulett Ave. in Horseheads passed away after a brief illness on Mon. Feb. 1, 2010. He was born in Erin, NY on Dec. 5, 1935 the son of the late John and Myrtle (Sharp) FitzGerald. He is survived by his sons and daugher, Brian FitzGerald of Millerton, PA, Lori FitzGerald of Horseheads, NY, Douglas (Kristine) FitzGerald of Pine City, NY, Martin FitzGerald of Elmira, NY, Matthew Buell of Elmira Heights, NY; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brothers and sisters, Jack (Patricia) FitzGerald of Seattle, WA, Marleah (Bill) Kemmerer of Horseheads, NY, Eleanor (Bill) Terwilliger of Corning, NY, and Ed (Judy) Fitzgerald of Lowman, NY. Ken was a member of the (IBPAT) International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trade, Local #677. He was also a longtime employee of Binghamton Plate Glass where he worked as a Glazier. Ken was a veteran of the US Army and member of the Catholic War Vets and Ukranian Club in Elmira Heights. Services with the Barber Funeral Home in Horseheads will take place privately at the convenience of his family.
