Our condolences to Betty's family. I worked with Betty at the Acme food store in Towanda during the mid ""50s"". She was a cashier and I was a bagger. She was alway up beat and full of fun, we shared many a joke to pass long hours and bad weather. She looked forward to the Saturday nights when a certain ""55"" chevy would show up in the parking lot. When I spotted it I would tell her he was waiting for her. Chuck and Betty married in ""57"" and I left for college. We lost contact. As the years went by, I to married. My wife talked me into going to a family reunion and she introduced me to her cousin Chuck and there was Betty. We joked that that made us cousins in law!! Small world!! We will miss her.
