To the Hallenbeck Family.
My sister, Betty, and I grew up two houses away from the Hallenbeck family on Railroad Street. Jim and I played on the same basketball teams in high school. We are proud of his accomplishments in education and know you were very proud of him, too. He will be missed. On behalf of the Higham Family we wish the best for you in the future.
