Thoughts and prayers to the family of Mr. Reed. He was the Principal at Fassett Grade School when I was there (66-73). I never saw him without a jacket and tie and was always a firm and fair man. A couple of friends of mine decided to ditch school in the afternoon after lunch - bad idea - the counseling we received was a point well taken. I am certain he had a lasting impact on the students and teachers. After high school I enlisted the service and came back to see him after my recruit training as he really was a positive influence on me along with several of my teachers. Sincere respect for him. He will be missed.
